The LOLA AMU Chapter organized a book club where participants discussed Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged and her philosophy at a local cafe. The event created a buzz locally as new women signed up to join LOLA!
With a vision to create a better understanding of liberty and promote community development for all women in Ghana, leaders of LOLA Ghana hosted a business and entrepreneurship training event.
LOLA Leaders in Guatemala City got women of the community together virtually and in-person to host a talk on Women, Liberty and Free Markets. The attendees engaged in a discussion on capitalism, its myths, and the working system of how capitalism makes societies prosperous.
Leaders of LOLA Paraguay came together to host a 3-day seminar on “The Role of Women in Agribusiness.” The Workshop was led by a panel of expert women emerging from the fields of trade, business and free markets.
LOLA Leaders in Mexico city hosted a reading event on liberal poetry through the ages. LOLA’s learned more about the art form of poetry and how it was used to connect more people to the ideas of liberty.
LOLA Toronto hosted its first in-person event as an introduction to the ideas of liberty for women in Ontario. The discussion was hosted by Roman Barber, a Member of the Provincial Parliament of Ontario.
LOLA Chile hosted an expert panel on “The Process of Democracy” to celebrate the International Day of Democracy and its importance.
LILA organized a local meet up to catch all the chapter leaders up to date and chat about the roles of free markets and individual Liberty.
