About the LOLA Camp:
This is a weekend-long retreat dedicated to training LOLAs as top leaders from cities across Latin America and the Caribbean. Join us in Lisboa, Portugal from Friday, May 31st, to June 3nd, to be trained in several areas and follow the path of Freedom. Leaders from 8 different nationalities will attend the camp.
During the three days of training, you will learn from top leaders in the liberty movement on various topics, including political activism, digital training, chapter engagement, and more!
(The LOLA Camp is a limited-space event with priority given to the most active LOLA Chapter Leaders)
Where to arrive Friday night (May 31st)
On 05/31, you can check into the hotel from 2pm. You can leave your bags in the hotel’s luggage locker if you arrive earlier. Our retreat will start on 05/31 at 6pm, so plan to be in Lisbon at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.
Check-in: 05/31 from 14:00 hours
Check-out: 06/03 by 12:00 hours

Located on one of Lisbon’s slopes, with good access and panoramic views of the city and the Rio Taver, Ramada By Wyndham Lisbon is just 10 minutes from the Airport, with direct metro connection, 15 minutes from the lively city center with a metro station – Olaias – right outside. Also noteworthy is the proximity to Parque da Bela Vista, a great space for outdoor activities, and direct access to the business and recreational area of Parque das Nações.

Overnight Accommodation:
Option 1) With sponsors’ support, we are delighted to announce that LOLA will cover your stay for free at Ramada Lisboa from May 31th to June 3nd (please note the check-in and check-out times above). The rooms will be shared between 2 or 3 LOLAs, allowing you to connect with other leaders and build meaningful connections. If you want to stay at the hotel, please let us know to secure your place.
Option 2) There are several hotel options in Lisboa if you choose not to stay at Ramada. We recommend checking Airbnb or Booking. Please note that this option will be at your own expense.

Attire:
We recommend business casual attire. Please keep in mind that we will have a professional photoshoot during the retreat; the specific day will be announced soon. Dress accordingly.
Food:
We are delighted to inform you that we will be covering your meals throughout the entire retreat, from May 31th to June 3. The meal schedule is as follows:
- Friday – Dinner
- Saturday – Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Sunday – Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Monday – Breakfast
Saturday Night Mixer:
On Saturday, June 2nd, we will host our annual Happy Hour. This social gathering will be open to all leadership participants, retreat sponsors, and local leaders. Feel free to invite friends who share a passion for freedom!
*Please be aware that attendance at this event is mandatory for all retreat participants.
Weather in Lisboa:
The weather in Lisbon in May is very pleasant, with minimum temperatures of 15ºC and average temperatures of 23º during the day. It is a slightly rainy month, which allows visitors to do more outdoor activities and make the most of the day, which has approximately 14 hours of light, with the sun rising around 6 am and setting around 8 pm.
