About the retreat:

This is a 2-day conference dedicated to training LOLAs top Leaders throughout Africa. Join us for 2 days full of leadership training and networking, centered around classical liberal ideology. You will learn from leaders in the liberty movement on a variety of topics from activism & advocacy, digital training, chapter engagement, and more! (The LOLA Leadership retreat is a limited space event with priority given to LOLA’s most active Chapter Leaders.)

Data Stipends:

You may apply for a LOLA data stipend to help you with your wifi connection for the online conference. All requests will be reviewed by staff. Please note that if you are selected to receive a data stipend it will be in the form of reimbursement after your full participation at the online conference.

Elevator Pitch Prep -June 26th

Prepare your pitch for Sunday’s (June 26th) elevator pitch session. You will have 60 seconds to clearly and efficiently deliver the goals of your LOLA Chapter to the group. Whether speaking on your Chapters successes, how it caters to local issues or creates a home for women in the liberty movement, the choice of topic is yours! Everyone will have their pitch ready at the start of the session so they can listen with undivided attention to their peers. Participants will provide written feedback to their assigned peers. The winner will receive a prize!
