| Last weekend we hosted LOLAs 5th Annual Leadership Retreat -online!
From October 16-18th, LOLAs from 27 cities worldwide joined together for a weekend of leadership training, chapter engagement, elevator pitches, and more. We would like to extend our personal thanks to all of LOLAs top leaders who attended and for all of the work you are doing in your LOLA Chapters back home. Thank you for advancing LOLAs mission of educating and empowering women in the liberty movement. |

| On the first day of the LOLA Leadership Retreat, ladies gathered to share their How I Found Liberty Stories. We heard stories of diverse backgrounds, different experiences in the liberty movement and realized that even though we are in different parts of the world, we all have liberty in common. |

| Students For Liberty African Programs Director and LOLA Africa Leader, Linda Kavuka, helped us explore our leadership styles, and how to be an effective leader for LOLA and beyond. Linda has helped start up various LOLA Chapters throughout Africa, and continues to encourage, challenge, and develop liberty minded leaders in LOLA and beyond. Linda acts as a mentor to many LOLA Africa Leaders who lovingly call her ‘Mama Africa’. |
