Sabrina Riveiro was born in Montevideo, Uruguay on July 9, 1996. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from ORT University and currently serves as the head of International Affairs at the National Direction of Education under the government of Luis Lacalle Pou, who is the Classical Liberal President serving from 2020 to 2025. Since the age of 16, Sabrina has been actively involved in politics, beginning with her election as the National Director of Youth for the National Party. She continues to contribute as a political advisor and assists in drafting legislation alongside a Senator. She is also the Executive Director of the Douglas Piquinela Foundation, a foundation for children with Hemophilia and blood disorders that works at the biggest pediatric hospital in Uruguay, Pereira Rossell Hospital. Sabrina is the former Project Manager of the Think Tank Center of Studies for Development and she continues to be an associate researcher. She has experience in projects, human resources, administration and management, data analysis, commercial assistance, attention and treatment with clients and users. As an ardent classical liberal, Sabrina Riveiro co-founded and currently holds the position of President at the Uruguay chapter of the Ladies of Liberty Alliance. She embodies passion, proactiveness, and an entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with a strong aptitude for collaboration. Sabrina consistently seeks out ways to enhance team performance and accomplish shared objectives, all while striving for continuous personal and collective growth. Sabrina is co-author of the research: Bureaucracy Index - Uruguay, Dialogues for a Global Uruguay, Trade Vulnerability Index, and "The change in the foreign policy of United States after the attacks of September 11, 2001: analysis under George W. Bush administration, 2001 - 2009."
