Background
Izabela is a member of the leadership team of LOLA Brazil and is the Director of Development for LOLA in the U.S. She is a Ph.D. Candidate in law, and a Frédéric Bastiat Fellow with the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. She was also Policy Director in a Liberty-minded Brazilian non-profit before joining the LOLA team. She began her career in the Liberty Movement as a research intern at the Cato Institute.
