Background
Carrie Ann Donnell is the President and CEO of American Juris Link, which supports and connects lawyers who work in the courtroom to advance freedom and the rule of law. She practices constitutional law, public records law, charter school and school choice law, property rights law, and permitting law. Prior to opening her law firm, Carrie Ann litigated public interest cases at the Goldwater Institute in the Arizona trial courts, courts of appeals, and Supreme Court. She encourages states to develop constitutional freedoms broader than the federal government, and she teaches seminars on government transparency and FOIA.
