6 Women Libertarian Candidates from LOLA Brazil Six members of LOLA chapters in Brazil have won their elections to city council under Brazil’s libertarian party- ‘Novo’. It is dangerous to run for political office in Brazil, as protestors have recently attempted to murder candidates in their vehicles during elections (more here). Though LOLA is not a political organization, we do support and encourage members to be politically active and we are inspired by this news. |
