Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full Time (9am – 5pm ET)

Application Deadline: November 15th, 2025

Do you believe in the power of liberty and want to help more women share that message with the world?

The Ladies of Liberty Alliance (LOLA) is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead our email, social media, and content efforts with strategy and creativity.

As part of LOLA’s global communications team, you’ll craft compelling messages that reach thousands of women around the world, grow engagement across our platforms, and strengthen the global network of libertarian female leaders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing: Plan, create, and analyze email campaigns—from newsletters to donor outreach—using A/B testing and data insights to optimize engagement.

  • Social Media:

a) Write and design posts that align with LOLA’s voice and visual identity.
b) Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
c) Track and optimize performance using data insights (platform analytics, A/B testing).
d) Spot trends and tell stories that make liberty ideas resonate with real people.

  • Website Content: Maintain and update LOLA’s website (WordPress), ensuring content accuracy and optimizing user experience through regular analytics tracking.
  • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate across teams to develop creative digital campaigns for events, partnerships, and member initiatives.
  • Analytics & Insights: Track and analyze performance metrics across LOLA’s digital channels — from email to social media — to identify what’s working, measure impact, and guide future strategies.
  • Core requirement: Available and responsive 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET (no exceptions), with flexibility when needed. This is a fast-paced role; not the time for errands or going to the gym, etc. Expect impromptu huddles/calls and being reachable during work hours (and occasionally after, when time-sensitive).
  • Other communications and team tasks on a necessary basis.

Required Skills

  • Active leadership in LOLA.
  • A proven passion for LOLA’s mission and familiarity with its programs and goals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to create and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook and more.

  • Proficiency in:
    • Design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or similar)
    • Video Editing (CapCut or similar tools)
    • Copywriting (email, social media, storytelling)
    • Strategy (campaign planning, audience targeting, growth)
    • Analytics (social media insights, website metrics, email performance).

Professional qualities

  • Creative writer with a clear and engaging communication style.
  • Organized and efficient project manager who meets deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented editor who maintains brand consistency.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Proactive communication and reliability.
  • Fast turnaround on assignments.
  • Clear note-taking and applying feedback once — zero to few repeated corrections.
  • Respecting deadlines and managing priorities independently.
  • Being present and engaged daily with LOLA Team  on Slack.

Prioritization

We will prioritize candidates who are active leaders or are deeply passionate about LOLA’s mission for this role.

Bonus Points

Experience with working in nonprofit organizations.

Expectations for This Role

This is a remote role with flexible hours, for a highly organized and responsive individual motivated by LOLA’s mission to empower women through liberty. Our tone is professional, friendly, and welcoming — and we’re looking for someone who already “speaks LOLA” through a strong understanding of our mission, programs, and libertarian ideas.

From day one, you should know what this role requires: initiative, consistency, and ownership. You’ll need to prove you’re the best person for this position through your portfolio and trial tasks.
