LOLA chapters hosted 31 events this month, in-person and online, spanning multiple countries and continents. From financial literacy workshops and leadership training to film screenings, philosophy discussions, and clothing drives, our community showed up in every sense of the word.
We tackled the big questions: debating Ayn Rand, analyzing political red flags in Latin America, challenging limiting beliefs, and unpacking media narratives. We got practical too, preparing women for civic testimony, school board races, and emotional resilience. And yes, there was a Carnaval da Liberdade, because celebrating freedom is always on the agenda. 🎊
Women gathered in São Paulo, Guatemala City, Kathmandu, Washington DC, Austin, Manaus, Belgrade, and beyond, all carrying the same message: liberty is a lived value, not a spectator sport.
Here’s a look at what our chapters accomplished this February. 👇
LOLA BRAZIL
Brazilian LOLA chapters delivered 12 events across the country this month, and the energy was undeniable.
Women gathered in São Paulo, Paraná, Pará, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Maria, Niterói, Espírito Santo, Itapetininga, Londrina, and Manaus, all showing up for liberty. 📍
From financial literacy workshops and female entrepreneurship to deep conversations about Objectivism, individual rights, and the real costs of socialism and communism, our Brazilian LOLAs went there. New members got introduced to LOLA’s mission of women’s empowerment and economic freedom, female entrepreneurs found their community, and everyone left with a clearer sense of why freedom of thought, movement, and choice starts with each of us.

LOLA LATIN AMERICA
This month our LOLAs across the region brought some of the most powerful conversations to the table.
In Peru, members watched “Simón”, a film based on the real stories of political prisoners in Venezuela, and used it as a springboard to discuss civil responsibility, democracy, and the red flags of socialism creeping into the region. In Guatemala, LOLAs turned solidarity into action with a clothing drive for the Q’axal Community Center, proving that liberty and community care go hand in hand. And across the region, women explored limiting beliefs, emotional freedom, autonomy in relationships, and what liberal feminism really looks like in practice.
Deep, real, necessary conversations. That’s Latin America doing what it does best. 💪
