We’re excited to announce that the 2025 LOLA Europe Regional Retreat will be held in the dynamic city of Warsaw, Poland, from May 29th to June 1st!

After the success of our first-ever European retreat in Lisbon last year, we are taking the nextstep—bringing together the brightest LOLA leaders from across Europe for an even more impactful and inspiring experience.

This year’s theme, “LOLA President,” is all about empowering women to lead—in politics,activism, and their communities. Over four days, participants will engage in exclusive training sessions, connect with prominent voices in the liberty movement, and dive deep into topics like political strategy, digital engagement, and effective leadership.

But it’s not just about learning—it’s about building lasting relationships with women who share your passion for freedom and change. Whether you’re leading an established chapter or just getting started, this retreat is your chance to grow, connect, and lead with confidence.

The retreat will officially begin Thursday evening and end Sunday morning. Be sure to plan your arrival to make the most of the experience! On Sunday, there will be an optional city tour. We recommend scheduling your flight for the evening or planning to stay longer to explore Warsaw at your own pace.

Overnight Accommodation

LOLA will cover your stay at the IBIS Warszawa Stare Miasto, where all retreat activities will take place.

Your reservation includes:

✅ Check-out: Sunday, June 1 – until 12:00 p.m.

Attire

We recommend business casual attire. Please keep in mind that we will have a professional photoshoot during the retreat; the specific day will be announced soon. Dress accordingly.

Weather in Warsaw During the Retreat

In late May and early June, Warsaw experiences mild to warm temperatures, with average highs around 18-24°C (64-75°F) and cooler evenings. Light layers are recommended, along with a jacket for the evenings or any unexpected rain.

Meals Provided During the Retreat

LOLA will cover all meals during the retreat, including breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and dinner, starting with dinner on Thursday, May 29, and ending with breakfast on Sunday, June 1. If you have any dietary restrictions, please make sure to indicate them in the registration form so we can accommodate your needs. Meals during the optional city tour on Sunday are not included.
