From December 3 to 6, 2026, LOLA will host the fifth edition of the Brazil Leadership Retreat – this time in Porto Alegre, marking the first time the retreat takes place in the South of the country.

Over the past few years, Brazil has become one of the most active and fast-growing regions in the LOLA network. Recognized as Region of the Year at the LOLA Annual Awards, the strength of the community is reflected not only in its growth, but in the consistency, creativity, and impact of its leaders across the country.

This retreat builds on that momentum, creating space to strengthen connections, share experiences, and continue expanding leadership across Brazil.

Bringing together a selected group of women from across the country, the retreat is designed to deepen relationships, exchange ideas, and support the continued development of strong, values-driven leadership at both the local and national levels.

About the Retreat

The LOLA Brazil Leadership Retreat creates space to step away from the day-to-day and focus on what matters most: leadership, direction, and long-term impact.

Across four days, participants will engage in a thoughtfully curated program of conversations, workshops, and collaborative sessions centered on chapter development, communication, strategy, and sustainable growth.

Just as important are the informal moments, the conversations between sessions, shared experiences, and the connections that continue well beyond the retreat itself.
